4999b's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a source of stress or harm. 4999b is always here to help keep you protected.
When Gaming Turns from Entertainment into a Problem
Online betting and casino games are a popular form of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. But like any form of entertainment, it's important to enjoy it in a moderate and mindful way. 4999b believes every player can set their own limits — and our platform provides all the tools needed to help stay within those limits.
Problem gambling happens when gaming is no longer just for fun — but starts to affect other areas of life, such as family, finances, or mental health. On this page we'll show you how to stay safe, where to get help, and how 4999b supports you.
Important: This platform is for people aged 21 and above only. If you know of any underage person attempting to use this site, please notify our support team.
Our Protection Tools
Set Deposit Limits
You decide the maximum amount you want to deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, changing it takes some time — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions.
Time-Out Break
Want to take a break for a few days? Activate a time-out from 24 hours up to several weeks. During this period you will not be able to log in to your account or place bets. The break gives you a genuine chance to rest.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, use our self-exclusion option. Once activated, you will not be able to play on 4999b for a set or indefinite period of time.
Review Gaming History
You can view your gaming history, win/loss records, and complete deposit and withdrawal details from your account at any time. Transparency is a core part of our values.
Account Security
4999b uses SSL encryption and strong account security measures. Keeping your personal information and financial transactions completely secure is our priority.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready for any concerns or urgent needs. Contact us via live chat or email in both Bengali and English.
The Principles of Responsible Gaming
Responsible gaming at 4999b means more than just following rules — it's a mindset. The guidelines below will help you maintain a healthy and enjoyable gaming experience.
- Always treat gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income
- Set a budget in advance and stay within that limit
- Never bet more than you can afford in an attempt to recover losses
- Avoid gaming when under the influence of alcohol or medication
- Always prioritise family, work, or studies over gaming
- Take regular breaks and only play during your leisure time
- Every winning outcome is random and cannot be predicted in advance
- Be honest with the people close to you about your gaming habits
Our Commitment to Protecting Minors
4999b is for people aged 21 and above only. We follow a strict verification process to keep minors away from gaming.
If you have children or teenagers in your household, it is recommended to use parental control software to prevent them from accessing your device or account. Never share your 4999b account password with anyone else.
Please note: If any underage person attempts to register on this platform, their account will be closed immediately and any transactions will be cancelled.
Take a Self-Assessment
Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer to more than one is "yes", consider reaching out to our support team.
Have you placed bets beyond your set budget and regretted it afterwards?
Have you bet more to try to win back money you lost through gaming?
Have your family or friends expressed concern about your gaming habits?
Has thinking about gaming caused harm to your work, studies, or sleep?
Have you been dishonest with your family about the time or money you spend on gaming?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or anxious when you are unable to play?
Seeking Help Is a Sign of Strength

Deposit Limits & Account Controls
The minimum deposit amount at 4999b is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. You can also set an even lower limit that fits your budget.
Our payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — are all instant and convenient. But being convenient does not mean you have to deposit without limits. Setting a fixed monthly budget keeps gaming enjoyable at all times.
Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. We want your winnings to reach you quickly — and at the same time, we want you to play mindfully.
How Self-Exclusion Works
Once self-exclusion is activated, you will not be able to log in to 4999b or place any bets or deposits. No promotional communications will be sent during this period either. Even after the self-exclusion period ends, you will need to take a deliberate step to reactivate your account — this ensures the decision is well considered.
When to Seek Help
Gaming problems can arise in anyone's life — they are not a sign of weakness. Seeking the right help at the right time is a courageous decision.
If any of the following situations apply to you, please seek help:
- Taking on debt or using family money to fund gaming
- Wanting to stop gaming but being unable to
- Lying or hiding things related to gaming
- Unable to focus on work or studies
- Feeling anxious or depressed when you cannot game
